Over this six year period, Glenn secured approximately 300 sales and settlements. Early on in this project the topography presented a number of selling and construction challenges but Glenn persevered until the lot staging and lot elevations were amended to present more level building pads to the market. Glenn brought a wealth of knowledge to the Seacrest project with his strong depth of property knowledge, experience of the local established market and competitor real estate activity in the surrounding areas of Shellharbour, Oak Flats and Flinders. As Peet operated this project from Victoria, Glenn was our daily eyes and ears for the project and supported the sales, marketing and the development team immensely, with onsite presentation, maintenance and in checking when works had been completed or needed immediate attention. Glenn liaised directly with our solicitors to ensure contract preparation, exchange and settlement ran smoothly. Much of this activity was above and beyond his selling brief and commission structure. Peet also regularly used the Ray White database to support its selling initiatives or retail offers to meet targets. Glenn and the Ray White team are well networked not only with local builders but also within the community. Glenn was also supported by an equally successful team of sales staff who boast a strong network of clients and an extensive database of developers and buyers. We had access to their retail office (Shellharbour and Oak Flats) and we saw significant benefit from the strong foot traffic and prime positioning, not to mention the added benefit of aligning our development with the established property brand of Ray White. Glenn priced land regularly and also participated in pricing reviews to ensure Peet maximised its sales price prior to release.
